		<description>I enjoy my library very much, although it&#039;s not a law library.  I often wonder what will happen to the library system as technology advances.  Is there some way for Congress to save the future of the library and free access for those unwilling or unable to pay for a &quot;ticket to view&quot;?  I hope so, but I fear nothing will be done until the library has gone the way of the drive-in-movie.</description>
